In our Sunday Unity message, Divine Order: Trusting the Flow of Life 🌊, March 2, 2025, Rev T reflected on the deeper rhythm that underlies our lives. One truth stood out:

“Divine order isn’t about rigid control or everything going the way we expect. It’s about aligning ourselves with a deeper rhythm of life, trusting that even when things don’t make sense, they’re unfolding exactly as they must.”

This reminds us that surrender is not weakness—it’s strength. When we stop resisting and start flowing, we move from struggle into grace. Love then softens our edges and guides us into balance, even in difficult times.

3 Action Steps to Carry This Week

  1. Breathe, Pause, Smile 😌 — Whenever life feels chaotic, take a breath, pause, and smile inwardly to realign with peace.

  2. Release Control — Notice where you’re gripping too tightly and choose trust over fear.

  3. Act with Love ❤️ — Let compassion guide your responses, especially when challenges arise.

✨ This week, let’s focus on Breathe, Pause, Smile —a simple practice that shifts us back into flow.

Hope you’ll join us this Sunday in Nanaimo for Sunday Unity as we step into a world of possibility together. Meditation at 12:15pm with main service at 1:00pm. We’d love to see you here! In person or online – Unity Vancouver Island YouTube.

If you are in the Comox Valley, gatherings are now on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. If you are in Victoria, we invite you to our in-person experience on the 4th Sunday of the month.
