Health Enhancing Practices at Unity Vancouver Island

Recognizing the interconnectedness of Body, Mind and Spirit, Unity Vancouver Island is proud to offer Yoga,. Tai Chi and Qi Cong classes.  All are presented on a love-offering basis and are open to all.  We have necessarily made alterations to our schedules during the Covid-19 restrictions but will resume as quickly as it is safe to do so.  Watch this space for further details.

Tai Chi

Rick Goffic, a certified teacher through the Canadian Tai Chi Academy, offers classes in both traditional standing tai chi, and seated tai chi for those with mobility issues.  During the Covid-19 pandemic, only on-line seated classes are offered.  For information and to register, contact
